2. Estimates and Pricing
All prices are quoted in US dollars. Published price ranges are estimates; a fixed price is confirmed in writing after a free on-site measurement. Pricing may vary based on slab condition, system selected, and project scope.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
We will confirm install dates in advance. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule and offer the slot to other customers.
4. Warranty
Every residential installation carries a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects and adhesion failure of the system we installed. Normal wear, damage from abuse, and chemical damage are excluded. Commercial warranties are project-specific and confirmed with your quote.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to clear the work area before installation and to follow the cure and return-to-service timeline we provide. Damage caused by using the floor before it has cured is not covered by warranty.
6. Limitation of Liability
Jacksonville Epoxy Flooring Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, beyond the value of the services provided.
